Relay Pilot is a Chrome extension designed to help Amazon Relay users monitor, filter, and automate load board activity more efficiently.
Relay Pilot runs directly on the Amazon Relay load board page and provides tools such as alerts, advanced filtering, and optional automation to reduce manual work.

Opening Relay Pilot on Amazon Relay
- Open Amazon Relay Load Board in Chrome.
- Relay Pilot will automatically load on top of the page.
- The control panel appears with available modes and settings.
- If you do not see the panel, refresh the page.
Pro Hotkeys
Experienced pilots use keyboard shortcuts for rapid response:
- Tilde (~) Key – Instantly Start or Stop the current automation mode.
- Esc Key – Close any open dialogs or the filter panel.
Modes Overview
Relay Pilot offers multiple operating modes. Only one mode can run at a time.
🔔 Alert Mode
Automatically refreshes the load board and notifies you when new loads appear or payouts increase. Does not book loads.
🔍 Search Mode
Actively scans for loads that match your filters. Stops automatically when a matching load is found and highlights it.
⚡ Autobook Mode
Automatically attempts to book matching loads based on your target quantity. Set your filters and let the pilot take over.
Post Truck Integration
Streamline your workflow by creating post-a-truck orders directly from available opportunities.
- Identify a load or opportunity on the board.
- Click the Post Truck button injected by RelayPilot.
- The extension will automatically extract origin, destination, and timing data.
- Adjust parameters if needed and confirm to post your truck in one click.
Filters (How Matching Works)
Filters help Relay Pilot decide which loads are relevant. Advanced filter options include:
- Minimum / Maximum distance (km/mi)
- Minimum payout and RPM (Rate Per Mile)
- Maximum stops and weight limits
- Specific Amazon Facility codes (e.g., CLT4, EWR8)
- Trailer type and equipment requirements
A load only matches if all active filters pass.
Advanced Filtering
- Stem Time – Set minimum/maximum lead time. Prevent booking trips that start too soon or too far in the future.
- Exclude Mode – Reverse the logic. Tell RelayPilot which states or facilities to avoid at all costs.
- Deadhead Max – Filter by the distance from your current location to the first stop.
Safety & Stealth Protocols
RelayPilot is engineered for maximum account safety:
- Request Sanitization – Every background request is stripped of automated-tool signatures before reaching Amazon.
- Rate-Limit Cooldown – If an Amazon 429 (Too Many Requests) or 503 (Server Busy) error is detected, the extension automatically pauses for a calculated "cool-down" period to avoid flagging.
- Shadow DOM Isolation – Our interface is isolated from Amazon's code, ensuring zero interference with page performance or layout.
Settings
Settings allow you to customize how Relay Pilot behaves. Typical settings include:
- Refresh speed
- Random delay (human-like behavior)
- Notification preferences
- Trailer requirements
- Visibility options
